Celebrating 13 Years of Sacred Leadership ✨

I created this video to help promote and celebrate 13 years of the Sacred Leader Training (SLT+) process—a transformative journey that has supported Black, Indigenous, and racialized women in stepping fully into their power as visionary leaders within organizations, teams, boards, and their own businesses.

This 10-month journey, guided by Aina-Nia, invites those ready to release what no longer serves and courageously commit to cultivating SELF Joy, purpose, and aligned living.

Thank you to every Sacred Leader who has walked this path. Here's to 13 years—and beyond.

Me For Me Interview

A powerful interview I was honored to capture with the incredibly gifted Canadian artist, Gary Beals. In this conversation, Gary opened up about the deep truth of what it means to live authentically—to stop performing for others and start showing up for yourself. His words were a reminder that real freedom begins the moment we choose to be fully, unapologetically who we are.
